The Management and Staff at The Blue Heron Beach Resort look forward to your stay with us. The resort is a condominium property with units owned individually. Each unit is inventoried for the owners, with some owners adding some personal touches. Here is some information that may be useful to you before your arrival.
Each unit has the following:

Please call the front desk for late check-outs. They cannot be guaranteed. For a $50.00 charge the guest can stay until 2PM. This is provided the room is available and the owner is not scheduled to come into the unit, and that we are not sold out. Any stays past 2PM will be charged a full nights stay.
Cancellation policy:
You may cancel 24 hours prior to arrival. The cancellation fee will be one nights room and tax.
Payment in full will be charged upon check-in.
A 72 hour cancellation is required for the following dates :
12/23/11 – 12/31/11
2/17/12 – 2/19/12
3/9/12 – 4/14/12
6/8/12 – 8/11/12
12/22/12 – 12/31/12
All units must be guaranteed to a major credit card. We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover. Debit Cards must have a Visa or Master Card logo on it to be accepted. All credit cards must match the person's identification and the correct billing address must be obtained at check-in.
There is a daily Resort Fee of $12.25.
Additional Information:
Family Reunions, Class Reunions, Wedding room blocks. Group rates available for 10 rooms or more for a two night or more stay.

Housekeeping:
In an effort to make your visit with us more affordable, and to insure you have as much privacy as possible, daily housekeeping is not included in your nightly rate.
However we do offer a menu of housekeeping services available for your "home away from home" on an ala carte basis.
We offer different levels of additional housekeeping services at The Blue Heron.
Tidy Service - $15.00 (1BR), $20.00(2BR), $25.00(3BR) - fresh towels, trash service, beds made with current bedding
Mid Week Service - $30.00(1BR), $40.00(2BR), $50.00(3BR)-full service cleaning-refreshes towels,bedding, baths,cleaning supplies, and cleans entire unit.
*Available Monday-Thursday only and must be requested the day before.
**All HotelBeds reservations receive a free midweek clean with a stay of more than (7) seven days. Housekeeping will leave a note in the unit with the date/time to verify the guest.

Concierge Services:
Lobby Concierge on duty to purchase attraction tickets
Complimentary Concierge services available in lobby from 7:30AM-2:00PM daily.
All attraction tickets are available at the concierge desk. Orlando Magic tickets,
dinner shows, and excursions are also available from the concierge.

Please return luggage carts to the parking garage when unloaded so other guests may use them.
Trash Shutes are located on every floor behind the single elevator
Packages will be accepted up to 3 days prior to arrival date. They will be kept behind the front desk in the registration building. Any packages delivered after the check-in date the front desk staff will contact the guests room and leave a message if the guest is not available. The guest will need to advise us if 5 or more packages are being sent as we have limited storage space.
The Resort offers sheltered parking
Handicap Parking is available on P2 of both towers and on P1 and P2 of Tower 1.There is also some availability behind the registration building.
No glass containers in the pool area allowed
Please note that before buying perishable food items there is no place to store them prior to
check-in.

Complimentary Attraction Shuttle
Reservations can be made by calling our front desk no later than midnight, the night before you require transportation.
Scheduled times are departure times. Shuttle times are subject to capacity, traffic and weather conditions and may occasionally run late. Be at designated area 10 minutes prior to departure. Please note that capacity is limited and services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Your Resort /and or Maingate Transportation will not provide reimbursement for transportation service due to missed shuttles. There is no smoking, eating, drinking, strollers or luggage permitted on the shuttle. For riders with disabilities and wheelchairs, please call for a reservation at least two hours prior to boarding. Maximum capacity is two (2) wheelchairs/scooters per pickup per bus.
