Accommodations
The Blue Heron Beach Resort offers offers condominium-style suites ideally designed for families of all sizes. We offer one-bedroom Family Suites, two-bedroom Sunrise Suites, two-bedroom Deluxe Suites and we have one three-bedroom Penthouse Suite. All suites feature a living room with balcony overlooking the pools and Lake Bryan, a dining area, full kitchen, two bathrooms, and washer and dryer. Additionally each suite has a TV in the living room and in each bedroom, a DVD in the master bedroom, high speed internet access and Jacuzzi-jetted tub in the master bath.
Family Suite
The one-bedroom Family Suite measures 885 square feet (including the balcony) and has a King bed in the master bedroom as well as a bunk bed off the corridor leading from the front door to the kitchen / living area. This suite is ideal for two adults and two children. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Sunrise Suite
Our most spacious suite, the two-bedroom Sunrise Suite measures 1347 square feet. The master bedroom, with direct balcony access, faces east and offers sunrise views over Lake Bryan. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed with ceiling fan while the second bedroom has two twin beds. You’ll also find a bunk bed in an alcove near the front door. This suite is ideal for two to four adults and two to four children. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Deluxe Suite
The two-bedroom Deluxe Suite measures 1261 square feet (including the balcony) and each is located at the ends of both Towers I and II. The master bedroom, with private balcony, faces west and offers views of the Disney fireworks. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed with ceiling fan while the second bedroom has two twin beds. You’ll also find a bunk bed off the corridor leading from the front door to the kitchen / living area. Because the suite is located at the end of the building, you’ll find additional windows in the dining area and second bedroom. This suite is ideal for two to four adults and two to four children. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
Penthouse Suite
The three-bedroom Penthouse Suite measures 1650 square feet and is located on the top floor of Tower I. The master bedroom, with direct balcony access, faces east and offers spectacular sunrise views over Lake Bryan and the pools below. The master bedroom is furnished with a King bed with ceiling fan and spacious private bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed with ceiling fan while the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. There is no bunk bed in the Penthouse Suite. It offers comfortable accommodations for up to six adults and/or children. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper in the living room.
