The Blue Heron Beach Resort, nestled on the banks of Lake Bryan, is less than a mile away from the Walt Disney World Resort® in Lake Buena Vista, just south of I-4. We are convenient to all major attractions, 15 miles from Orlando International Airport, 15 minutes to 10 golf courses and only 5 miles from The Orlando Convention Center.

Our suites can accommodations up to six guests in the one-bedroom and up to eight guests in a two-bedroom. Every condo offers a full kitchen, dining room, living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, bunk beds uniquely located in the foyer, a second full bath and a washer and dryer. Every unit has a private balcony that overlooks Lake Bryan. You will be amazed viewing the world-famous fireworks from the observation landings located on most floors.
