Our rates change based upon a number of variables, including, but not limited to 1) the season, 2) the guest’s arrival and departure pattern, 3) the guests’ length of stay, 4) the demand for accommodations based upon citywide conventions or special events, etc. Generally, we offer our lowest available rates well in advance of the guests’ arrival. Rates are usually increased as we begin to fill our available inventory and we get closer to the arrival date. So, we encourage you to book early. And keep in mind, you’ll find the best available rate on our website.
You may book a one-bedroom or two-bedroom suite only or you may choose to book your accommodations along with other travel components including attraction tickets or even floor placement.
We offer a variety of rate options in an effort to accommodate everyone’s travel plans. Our promotional rate is available to all travelers on our website and through Expedia, Travelocity, Orbitz, and all the other Online Travel Agencies.
AAA rates
AAA rates are priced at 20% off the promotional rate. For those booking the AAA member rate, please keep in mind you will be required to show your AAA membership card at check in. If you are unable to produce this card, you will be charged the current “prevailing rate” and required to pay for at least one night should you decide to cancel your reservation and seek accommodations elsewhere.
Florida Resident’s rates
Florida Resident’s rates are also priced at 20% off the promotional rate. For those booking the Florida Resident’s rate, please keep in mind you will be required to show your Florida driver’s license at check in. If you are unable to produce this I.D., you will be charged the current “prevailing rate” and required to pay for at least one night should you decide to cancel your reservation and seek accommodations elsewhere.
Limited Time Offers
Limited Time Offers are often available during a specific set of dates and are promoted in newspapers, magazines, online, through Partner websites, etc. For Example, we may offer a Fall Special in conjunction with Visit Orlando, formerly the Orlando Convention and Visitors Bureau. They will help us promote the special to their data base of domestic travelers that have expressed an interest in visiting Orlando in the fall. Usually there will be a specific “promotional code” associated with the special that you would have to enter into the promotional code field found on the Book Now page of our website.
