Multiple family stay. There was a lot of space for all of us (6). The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and clean. Nice sized table and chairs and furniture in the living room area. The couch turns into a bed. That was ok. There are balconies at each end with a small table and two chairs. You can see Disneys fireworks, so nice! There is a nice water view on the one end. The kitchen was a good size. The pools were very clean. A pretty area where you can walk around and look onto the lake. They also had a bar outside where you could get drinks. Staff was friendly and there was a lot of parking, lower and upper floors. We will definitely stay again! My family recommends it!
Condos are clean, well maintained and fully stocked with everything you could need. Views from the balconies are wonderful and beautiful. Watched fireworks over Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot each evening during our stay. Property is well maintained and amenities are beautiful. Our family enjoyed the pool and spa each day along with the pool side games and music playing. This is our 5th stay at the Blue Heron with our family of 7 and will be returning again in November. Would not stay anywhere else. Condo is super close to Disney Springs (minutes away and close to the theme park entrances as well.
Just back from 2 weeks at the blue heron beach resort in Orlando Florida. This is the fourth time we have stayed here. Was in a sunrise apartment absolutely fab. Love the sunrise every morning staff are great. Apartment big plenty of room and always clean everything you need for couples to families.
We really enjoyed our time at Blue Heron, and plan to stay there again when we are back in Orlando. The condo was comfortable, spacious and clean. I loved that I could make real coffee in my room every morning, and sitting on the deck with my coffee to watch the sunrise.
We found this place while searching the Orlando Travel Website and we were quickly sold on staying here. Location is perfect, just down the road from the Disney Springs entrance. The room was what we were looking for, we had to have enough beds that our kids had their own, a kitchen to cook our Thanksgiving meal and a pool that our kids could do laps in. We were just in awe of our accommodations from the minute we walked into our unit. Our favorite part was the views of Disney, we loved sitting on the balcony looking at Disney World and trying to figure out where things were. We were able to see the Magic Kingdom fireworks and the Epcot show. We will definitely be back.
Absolutely amazing location close to all Disney parks. Superb views from the room over the lake. Free shuttle service provided to Disney and Seaworld parks. Toiletries and Washing powder provided multiple times
Our condo was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable. We had everything we needed in our condo, including a washer and dryer which we did use. The outside area was just as nice as inside....everything was very clean and well kept. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and it was so nice looking out over the lake every day.

The apartments are exactly as they look on the web sites....so no unpleasant surprises when you arrive. Comfy beds, great kitchen, stunning views, brilliant location . The master bedroom has plenty of storage
Excellent place to stay. We enjoyed it so much that we did not want to leave. We had a nice kitchen and could watch the fireworks every night from the balcony (Disney). Close to subway shop and Starbucks as well as Dollar Tree. Being able to cook saved us a lot of $. Loved the hot tub and pool. The master bedroom had a Jacuzzi as well.
There was not one single thing that I didn't like. Not one.The location was absolutely perfect. The room was impeccable. The front desk personnel were extremely kind and helpful. The pool bar tender was very nice and on point. We have already decided that the trip will be an annual family vacation and WILL 100% stay at the Blue Heron beach resort every time we make the trip.
The room was pleasantly decorated with guest needs addressed and totally met. View of lake was fabulous. Indoor parking was an added plus. Area has a secure atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Terrific hotel with all the amenities we wanted. Nice location relative to Disney World and other attractions were crucial in hotel choice for us, and very helpful staff. A hotel that we like to come back to at a later trip to Orlando.
